Frequently asked questions
What are Credits?
Credits are the universal usage currency in Zero7. Every action — briefing Kai, running a playbook, delegating a larger task — costs a set number of Credits. Plans include a monthly allocation, and unused Credits roll over (capped at 2× monthly).
How do I choose between Brands and Agencies?
If you're an in-house marketing or brand team working on your own brand, choose For Brands (seat-based). If you manage multiple clients as an agency or consultancy, choose For Agencies (per-client).
Can I buy more Credits?
Yes. Top-up packs are available anytime from your dashboard. No punitive markup. Top-ups expire after 90 days.
What is the Light tier?
Light is pay-as-you-go — no monthly subscription fee. Buy credit packs as you need them (from €29 for 250 credits). 1 seat for Brands, 2 seats for Agencies. Same core features as the subscription tiers. Good for testing or lightweight use.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Every new Zero7 account starts on a 7-day free trial with 500 credits — no card required. You experience the same Starter or Standard tier features you would pay for. When the trial ends, your account drops to Light (pay-as-you-go) unless you subscribe.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
Monthly or annual billing?
Both. Annual billing saves about 8% (you pay for 11 months and get 12). All prices are shown excluding VAT (ekskl. mva.). VAT is added at checkout based on your country: 25% MVA for Norway, reverse-charge for EU B2B with a valid VAT number, zero-rated otherwise.
EUR or NOK?
You can pay in either currency. Norwegian customers default to NOK; everyone else defaults to EUR. The currency you pick at signup stays with your subscription — contact billing@zero7.ai if you need to switch later.
What integrations are included?
All plans include Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads, Slack, and more.
